Please note the following important details regarding Alex E. Edwards’ speaking engagements:

• Media Team Requirement

Alex travels with his own media team, which may include a videographer, photographer, and/or assistant to document appearances and ensure brand continuity. Event organizers must allow access for his team to capture behind-the-scenes footage, stage content, and interviews unless otherwise discussed.

• Travel & Accommodations

For in-person bookings outside of the Boston area, the requesting party is responsible for covering all reasonable travel expenses for Alex and one (1) team member, including but not limited to:

• Roundtrip airfare (discuss with team upon booking when available)

• Ground transportation

• Hotel accommodations (4-star minimum, ideally near venue)

• Daily meal stipend or access to covered meals

• Audio/Visual Requirements

Please ensure the venue is equipped with proper audio and visual equipment including a microphone, projector (if slides are required), and stage lighting. If a tech run-through is necessary, arrangements should be made in advance.

• Recording & Usage Rights

All recordings of Alex’s keynote, panel, or appearance must be approved prior to distribution. Any use of Alex’s name, likeness, or intellectual property in marketing or promotional materials must be pre-approved in writing. Alex reserves the right to use event footage for promotional or brand-building purposes unless a separate non-disclosure agreement is executed.

• Booking Confirmation

No dates are confirmed until a signed agreement and deposit are received. All final speaking fees, travel reimbursements, and deliverables will be outlined in a formal contract.

• Additional Team Members

Depending on the nature of the engagement (e.g. multi-day events, press, VIP sessions), additional team members may travel with Alex. This will be disclosed in advance and included in the finalized agreement.
